Jen and James are married! JEN AND JAMES ARE MARRIED!
I had the exciting privilege to photograph their wedding in CALIFORNIA. To this Kansas City girl – that’s a huge honour. And what made it even more fun was that my brother was able to join me (from Colorado!) for their wedding day. I could talk endlessly about why California is awesome… but I digress.
A California wedding is amazing right off the bat… but when you have two gorgeous people, with perfect weather, and amazing families it’s almost too good to be true.
Jen and James met while dancing, and hit it off immediately. He was known as “The Spaniard” for a good long while before his true identity was revealed fully to friends and family. I think I speak for us all when I say we liked him right away 
Plus he’s got a SWEET accent, so …
Oh. And my two favourite things about this wedding? Most of it was DIY, and her dress had pockets. Pockets!
Anyway. I could ramble all day. But. Jen and James: Thank you to the ends of the Earth for allowing my brother and I to be the ones that were able to photograph such a huge day in your lives. I wish you many years of awesome accents, and California beauty. (Have some In-N-Out for me!)
